Heart Burn/Acid Reflux

Ok, this is going to be short and sweet.

The title really says a lot.  And they weren’t kidding when they said that many pregnant women get this.  I sure has heck have.  In the last week, it’s definitely become more noticeable and uncomfortable.  It’s not horrible, but I am not exactly used to getting it in the first place.

What I really don’t like that goes along with it is the seemingly incessant burping.  No matter what I’ve had to eat or what I’ve had to drink, I’m burping up a storm and it makes me think of the days when I drank a heck of a lot more soda.  That is definitely something I’ve not drank in any large amount in a very long time.

And the more I burp, the worse the burn tends to get.  I know, it makes sense that it would, but I still don’t have to like it. 😀

  1. Yeah, I keep forgetting that we have them, but will have to remember since the heartburn is getting worse every day. It’s still not horrible, but it’s just annoying enough.

  2. Hi, yes Tums are good but I always just ate peppermint candies instead. Not a lot of calories and tastes better than Tums 🙂 Cute tummy 🙂 🙂 🙂
